Parts Per Million Dissolved Oxygen Analyzers

The Royce line of PPM level dissolved oxygen (DO) analyzers is the largest, most varied line in the world. Features like microprocessor-based intelligent electronics, with choice of rugged patented self-cleaning sensors with no moving parts, or maintenance-free disposable cartridge membranes make the Royce line of PPM Do analyzers the best available — anywhere.
The Model 900 Portable Analyzer offers features like single button calibration, self-diagnostics, analog and digital communications outputs, back-light display, and many more features never considered in a portable analyzer before. Built for the rugged, wet environment of the conservationist, aquaculturist and industrial operator – the Model 900 is setting a new standard for portable electronic analysis.
Ideal for continuous DO monitoring where economy is a primary criteria, the Model 9100 is priced to offer a userfriendly, reliable analyzer that fits any budget. Although the price is low, and its operation is simple, the Model 9100 is of the quality that DO monitoring customers have come to expect from Royce Instrument Corporation. This economic system, which uses the proven Model 95A DO sensor, offers standard features such as sensor/analyzer self-diagnostics, a readout in PPM or % saturation, and programmable setpoint relays — all included in the lowest priced rugged DO analyzer available.
The Model 9200 Continuous DO analyzer provides the ultimate level of monitoring accuracy and aeration control available anywhere in the world. This analyzer is provided standard with everything available on the Model 9100. It also offers menu directing setup and trend graphing on the display, simultaneous DO and temperature readout on the display, standard automatic sensor membrane self-cleaning, digital AND analog outputs, a sensor output voltage mode, and 4 programmable setpoint relays. Used with the Model 96A DO sensor, the Model 9200 will become the benchmark analyzer for the DO monitoring market into the 21st century. The flexibility of the microprocessors in all of the Royce PPM DO Analyzers allow for such automatic functions as one-touch calibration, high-range measurements to 99.9 PPM, or 999% saturation and self-diagnostics. When used with the unparalleled Models 96A, 95A and 99 DO Sensors, the Royce line of PPM level DO analyzers have no match for flexibility, quality, reliability and economy.
Parts Per Billion Continuous Dissolved Oxygen Analyzers

The Royce Model 9510 Parts Per Billion Continuous Dissolved Oxygen Analyzers are state-of-the-art, microprocessor based, digital electronic instruments designed specifically for the measurement of trace levels of dissolved oxygen in liquid streams.
The flow cell assemblies used to sample the liquid medium being measured incorporate the Royce Model 96 dissolved oxygen sensor. Because the Model 96 sensor is galvanic in nature, the sensor output is directly proportional to the concentration of dissolved oxygen in the solution being measured. This enables the Model 96 to maintain a true reading even in the lowest parts per billion range. The temperature thermistor is located directly behind the sensors platinum tip, allowing for quick, efficient response to temperature changes in the flowing sample.
Features:
  • One Button Calibration
  • Auto-Ranging
  • Microprocessor Based Electronics
  • Self Diagnosis with Alarm
  • Automatic Temperature Compensation
  • Chlorite Compensation
  • Programmable Setpoint Relays
  • Isolated D.O. Output
  • Isolated Temperature Output (Optional)
  • Rugged Galvanic Sensor
Replaceable Cartridge DO Sensor
The Royce Model 99 Replaceable Cartridge Dissolved Oxygen (DO) sensor provides the user with a low initial price for a quality DO sensor and the convenience of never having to recharge a DO sensor again. It is designed with the same rugged quality that has become a hallmark of Royce instrumentation and sensors, the Model 99 gives the appearance of a sensor worth twice its price. The sensor system comes in two parts: (1) the Backshell which contains the thermister and sensor connection electronics; and (2) the Cartridge, which is disposable once it has reached its normal life of approximately 1 year. The backshell is made of machined PVC and is designed to last the life of the parent instrument. The cartridge screws into place with dual seals to keep moisture from entering the backshell electronics. The Model 99 cartridge is available with 1 or 2 mil membranes. It has no shelf life limitation prior to being put into use.
Features:
  • Economical initial price
  • Rugged, non-corrosive construction
  • Long lived cartridge
  • Galvanic in operation
  • Temperature compensated
  • No storage shelf life
  • 1 or 2 mil membranes available
  • Jet Cleaning System available
