Rivertrace's 3rd generation of 15ppm Oil
Content Monitor exceeds the, requirements of MEPC 60(33).
Compact unit, easy to install and retrofit against any OCD
variant unit. Incorporates sophisticated solids rejection
technology which maintains accuracy with up to 50ppm of rust
in the water (IMO test standard is 10ppm air-cleaner dust)
. Range 0-40ppm, 4-2OmA output.

requiring Zero maintenance or adjustment by the ships crew.
Unit automatically checks system parameters, re-establishes
zero point and cleans itself before switching to monitor the
separator overboard discharge thus ensuring accuracy and reliability
of measurement. Constant checking of valve status and flow
switches ensure sample cannot be diluted resulting in an overboard
spill.

replaces the existing cell cap and facilitates easy cleaning
of the measuring cell without the need to shut down the equipment.
Regularly used, this device will ensure the measuring cell
remains at optimum efficiency.

This optional device provides an audible
and visual indication of the alarm status of any OCD monitor.
It can be installed locally to the monitor or remotely in
the bridge or ECR. Once the audible alarm has been acknowledged,
the lamp remains lit until no alarm condition exists.
