TER's on-site Mobile Analysis Service for
technology evaluation and recommendation provides well operation
performance and design for rod pump wells. With TER's selfontained
van at the well ,ite, calibrated !ansducers gather real ime
data for analysis. Complete surface and down hole analysis
is accomplished via easy-to-read report, graphics and summary
of recommendation.

Plunger
Lift Controller |
|
|
|
Plunger Lift Technology is an artificial
lift mode with low initial expenditures, simple installation,
and low annual maintenance. It eliminates paraffin asphaltene
and scale deposition in down hole tubing. The well's own energy
powers the system thus eliminating the high cost of external
sources. Candidates for plunger lift technology are high GOR
(Gas-Oil-Ratio) and gas interference rod pumped wells. Well
production is maintained to economic depletion.

Gas
Injection Control |

The TER Wellhead Monitor optimizes injection
flow to match a determined flow rate, and computes the estimated
gas-oil-water , production in real time in gas lifts production
sites The solar powered telemetry-based system interfaces
to masTER ? software which provides complete control of the
injection well. The wellhead monitor is expandable to meet
individual customer requirements.

Z-Flow takes advantage of advanced algorithms
from the NIST group for volume calculations in WAG (Water
Alternating Gas) wells. Z-Flow accurately measures C0 2 and
natural gas flow through differential producing devices, such
as wedge meters and orifice type flow meters. Accurate calculations
of density, viscosity and heat capacity ratio are performed
at actual pressure and temperature conditions of the flow
line. Final results are based on the specific component mixture
of the measured fluid, and are within 0.6% of densitometer
systems.
